Research Projects and Programs - Progress & Final Reports (excluding Scholarship Reports)

 Updated Final and Progress Reports for QCMRI funded grants and scholarships are now available. As a general principle, we will be working towards a reporting schedule whereby all progress reports will be due 30 Nov each year and final reports will be due 31 March the year after the project has reached completion. These reports should be submitted on time to ensure funding for the following year. Please contact the QCMRI Grants Manager on 07 3636 1264 for further information of Progress and Final Reports.

Scholarship Progress and Final Report Templates

All QCMRI Scholarship recipients are required to report on progress during the Scholarship, as well as one Final Report once the PhD is completed. Please use these updated forms.

	QCMRI Scholarship Progress Report- for all Scholarships funded by QCMRI
	QCMRI Scholarship Final Report - for all Scholarships funded by QCMRI
	QCMRI Supervisory Report - submit at the same time as each progress and final report - for all scholarships funded by QCMRI.
