Achieving Our Goals:
The QCMRI will achieve these goals through four broad strategies:
1. Research Facilitation and Development – size, scope and quality of research
2. Relationships – strengthening existing and forging new partnerships with tertiary education providers, related research institutions and clinicians throughout Queensland, Australia and in international settings
3. Future Proofing – planning for long term viability and success
4. People, Profile and Culture – creating an environment that is supportive of research, promotes diversity and enhances the reputation of the Institute and its people
